St. Paul’s Hospital-Kasese is excited to announce the adoption of a new digital medical records system called Stre@mline. This system will help improve how we manage patient records and deliver healthcare services.
Stre@mline is made in Uganda by a local company called Innovation Streams Limited also known as iStreams. It is already being used in over 14 hospitals across the country and has received recognition from the World Bank’s International Financial Corporation for helping solve healthcare challenges in East Africa.
With Stre@mline, all hospital departments — from registration, consultation, lab, pharmacy, and finance to inpatient care — will run on one platform. This means faster service, better data, and improved patient safety.
One great feature is that Stre@mline reminds doctors of important health information, helping them make better decisions for your care. It also keeps your medical records safe through secure backups, so even in emergencies, your data is not lost.
We believe this new system will help us serve you better, save time, reduce paperwork, and give our medical team more time to focus on what matters most — your health.
Welcome to a new chapter of care at St. Paul’s Hospital-Kasese!
